Effective November 2, 2026

Refrain is built for families, so the short version is this: your email is used to tell you about Refrain, and nothing else.

What the waitlist collects

• Your email.
• Your first name, if you give it.
• Which music app your family uses, if you pick one.
• The link you came in on (for example, one a friend shared), so I know how people are finding Refrain.
• A scrambled version of your internet address, used only to stop one source from flooding the list. Your actual address isn't stored.

Where it's kept

On Cloudflare, in the United States. It's never sold, shared, or used for ads, and this site has no tracking or analytics.

What you'll get

One email when Refrain launches, and a few updates before then. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Take yourself off the list

The app

Refrain's app has its own privacy policy. It will be posted here before the app launches.
